Transcripta processes account, session, transcript, screenshot, and AI interaction data to provide the desktop assistant workspace.
When you sign in with Google, we receive basic profile information such as your name, email address, and profile image. We use this information for account creation, authentication, administrator approval, security, and support.
Audio and transcript data may be sent to configured transcription and AI providers only to deliver the requested product features. Access to live session features may be gated by administrator approval.
We use Google sign-in to verify identity. We do not sell personal data. Operational logs and usage metrics may be retained for security, support, abuse prevention, and service improvement.
